Hi, I'm Gurleen. I started NorthStar because brands like yours deserve better than guesswork

I started NorthStar because I kept seeing the same thing: small business owners doing everything right, showing up, creating, putting in the work, and still not getting the traction they deserved. The problem was never effort or talent. It was strategy.

I work directly with founders, creators, and community-driven brands to close that gap. That means getting honest about what's working, clarifying your message, and building a content presence that actually reflects the quality of what you do, in a way that feels like you and not a template.

The communities closest to my heart are the ones closest to my own story: South Asian and desi-owned businesses, celiac and gluten-free brands, POC entrepreneurs, educators, pet and animal organizations, and small business owners who are just getting started.
